What is Beach Soccer?

New for 2023 we introduced Beach Soccer to our event list! Enjoy a tournament by the sea and soak up the sun afterwards! Our beach soccer tournaments run in the summer months across a number of locations. 

Beach soccer is a popular alternative competition to traditional football. Utilising the ball in the air enabled players to show off their skills, tricks and turns. 

Beach soccer has slightly different rules to traditional football, mainly because of the surface it is played on. 

• 5v5 (10 players max per team)
• All Free kicks direct
• Fouled player must take the shot (unless injured)
• No Offsides
• No walls (blocking freekicks)
• No footwear
• Thrown-ins can be taken with hands or feet
